1. About the Site
Skansen Book is an independent reading journal. It publishes editorial articles and reading notes about books and guides relating to Skansen and to Sweden. We are not affiliated with the official Skansen museum, nor with the authors or publishers of the titles we write about.
2. No sales and no transactions
This Site does not sell anything. We do not operate a shop, take orders, process payments or arrange delivery, and we do not earn commission from the titles featured. The pages here exist purely to tell the story of each book. Any decision to seek out a title elsewhere is entirely your own.
3. Accuracy of information
We take care to describe each book fairly and to report details such as authors, dates and page counts correctly. Even so, information may contain errors or become out of date, and printings can differ. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free, and cover images shown here may differ from other editions.
4. Intellectual property
The articles, layout and design of the Site are the property of Skansen Book unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission. Book titles, cover images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification and editorial commentary only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access to anyone who breaches these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is", for general information and enjoyment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything published here.
